  • Beginner 3 Days/Week Upper Body, Lower Body, Full Body
  • Beginner 4 Days/Week Pull (Back & Biceps), Legs (Quads & Glutes), (Push) Chest, Shoulders & Triceps), Legs (Hamstrings & Glutes)
  • Intermediate 3 Days/Week Upper Body, Lower Body, Full Body
  • Intermediate 4 Days/Week Pull (Back & Biceps), Legs (Quads & Glutes), (Push) Chest, Shoulders & Triceps), Legs (Hamstrings & Glutes)

 

Beginner Programs are for you if

  • You're brand-new to the gym
  • You have a gym membership but are not comfortable with most movements
  • You have past experience in the gym but it has been a long time

 

Intermediate Programs are for you if

  • You've been coached by me before
  • You have at least 6 months experience in the gym
  • You're comfortable with a variety of equipment

Program is nonrefundable with no exchanges for a different program, or any extensions.

 

Shaped by Strength is a gym-based program that requires standard gym equipment including barbells, dumbbells, cables, squat racks, and standard machines.
