Hey, I'm Kait!

I'm a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach who established my online coaching business in 2021. Since then I have helped 100+ individuals create the strongest, healthiest, and happiest versions of themselves by learning to fuel and take care of their bodies.

Whether your goals are to lose body fat, build muscle, get stronger, improve your overall health, or all of the above, I am happy to help make it happen.

I am all about long-term results and helping my clients build healthy habits to sustain their progress, and enhance their lives while working with me, and beyond.
